Common questions
Is this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. Zenkoo connects your WhatsApp Business number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform via our provider, WazVox. There is no linked device, no QR scanning and no unofficial client.
Do reps change anything on their phones?
No. Reps keep WhatsApp Business exactly as it is. Zenkoo receives the conversations through the official API and gives the owner a shared view of every chat and lead.
What happens after 24 hours?
WhatsApp opens a 24-hour window each time a customer messages you. Inside it, reps reply from Zenkoo with free text. Outside it, the "Reply on WhatsApp" link opens the chat on the phone. Replying with approved templates outside the window is coming this month.
Is my data safe?
Replies are sent only when a rep presses Send, inside the 24-hour customer window, through the official API. We do not sell conversations or contact lists, media is served only to authenticated users, and every request is checked against the WhatsApp account you connected. See the Security page for details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Disconnect your number from Zenkoo and ask us to delete your stored account data. There is no contract during early access.
